He believes in empowering workers to take better charge of their health at where they work because many of us spend a significant proportion of our lives working. The workplace is an ideal setting to imbue many of the healthier lifestyle behaviour so as to delay or even prevent the onset of chronic diseases in our later years. 


John Gilman 
Head of Fitbit Health Solutions APAC Fitbit

John Gillman is head of Health Solutions for Fitbit APAC, and leads the company’s growing push into digital health and wellness across the Asia Pacific. The focus is on integrating Fitbit into preventative health and behaviour change initiatives in both the corporate and public sectors. John played a lead role in delivering a world-first population health program for the Singapore Government, and works with solution partners across the region in the areas of mental health and wellness, chronic condition management and patient care.
